Welcome to the East King County Estate Planning Council (EKCEPC).
We are a network of premier estate planning professionals. We are attorneys, CPAs, CFPs, CFAs, CLUs, ChFCs, Trust Officers, and others for whom estate planning is a significant practice element.
The goal of the Council is to promote interdisciplinary continuing education and networking among estate planning practitioners from various professions.
Its objective is to supplement each profession's own independent professional organization.
- To stimulate, promote, and expand the knowledge and qualifications of its members through group study and discussion of the principles and procedures of estate planning.
- To foster intelligent cooperation and understanding of the relationships among the professions and business enterprises represented by its members.
- To enable its members to improve their service to clients and the general public through the activities of the Council.
You will benefit from the opportunity to meet new professionals from all disciplines within the estate planning community in a collegial environment.
East King County Estate Planning Council is affiliated with the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils and joining can fulfill the requirement of belonging to an affiliated local estate planning council to become an Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®) designee.
